Janet Jackson is worth $1 billion..and it has nothing to do with her husband

Janet Jackson is already on the "music legends" list but she's also joined another sought after collective: the billionaire club. Janet has made over $1,000, 000, 000 through out her career.

The 47years old brought in the big bucks not for being married to a billionaire husband/businessman, Wissam Al mana but with her own hard work. According to a report, she has made $81 million from music and publishing, $458 million in global tour revenue, $60 million for tour sponsorship, $260 million in record sales, $304 million from her film work and $21.5 million in licensing......hmmm, interesting!

My Sisters, to count 1000 stones nor easy o, not to talk of 1 billion stones and in this context, na money we dey talk about, in dollars for that matter. If Janet at 47 made this much in just music and film, the likes of our very own Waje, Tiwa Savage, Omawunmi and others will have to add more to their  profession and multitask seriously to at least achieve 20percent of it when they are 50.

Don't loose hope, everything is possible and achievable.
