My routine from August.

I got myself a notebook and pen to write down the things I want to change and possibly improve on and see what result I get before December. The truth is, when you write things down, you tend to follow it to the letter". 


I decided to start this change with my body as this is the best specimen to use when trying to achieve a great result.
I chose the body, health and beauty routine cause I have been researching on so many things lately and this has to do with the next Episode13 project....keep watching this space.

So, I got started..

Day 1: Incredible....! I was eager to try everything. The anxiety of seeing positive results overwhelmed me so I decided to sacrifice my night sleep for this "practical". I will be giving you updates. Trust me, I got some shocking and alarming positive results. 
I will share as I progress.

It is still the 1st day as I encountered so messy mixture" and mistakes. This is allowed, so long as I improve on them.
