Coconut water and its benefits.

I really coconut and its water. stumbled on it when gathering my beauty, body and health ingredient. I decided to include it in my "routine" after the research I did on it. Coconut water is a great source of electrolytes, filled with vitamins, amino acids, and potassium, necessary for proper hydration. Electrolytes are also necessary for proper muscle contraction and to generate energy in the body.

It is naturally refreshing, coconut water has a sweet, nutty taste. It contains easily digested carbohydrate in the form of sugar and alkalizing your system.Not to be confused with high-fat coconut milk or oil, coconut water is a clear liquid in the fruit’s center that is tapped from young, green coconuts.

It has fewer calories, less sodium, and more potassium than a sports drink. Ounce per ounce, most unflavored coconut water contains 5.45 calories, 1.3 grams sugar, 61 milligrams (mg) of potassium, and 5.45 mg of sodium compared to Gatorade, which has 6.25 calories, 1.75 grams of sugar, 3.75 mg of potassium, and 13.75 mg of sodium. **

Coconut water has less sugar than many sports drinks and much less sugar than sodas and some fruit juices. Plain coconut water could be a better choice for adults and kids looking for a beverage that is less sweet. But don’t overdo it.

My routine from August.

I got myself a notebook and pen to write down the things I want to change and possibly improve on and see what result I get before December. The truth is, when you write things down, you tend to follow it to the letter". 

I decided to start this change with my body as this is the best specimen to use when trying to achieve a great result.

I chose the body, health and beauty routine cause I have been researching on so many things lately and this has to do with the next Episode13 project....keep watching this space.

So, I got started..

Day 1: Incredible....! I was eager to try everything. The anxiety of seeing positive results overwhelmed me so I decided to sacrifice my night sleep for this "practical". I will be giving you updates. Trust me, I got some shocking and alarming positive results. 

I will share as I progress.

It is still the 1st day as I encountered so messy mixture" and mistakes. This is allowed, so long as I improve on them.

Hi people, 

How is your evening going? It can only get better. Am sure you either just closing from work or still stuck in traffic. For me, I just got back from a roughly 12hours journey...hmmmm! 

Hunger stuck and I felt....?!

..yea, FISH. I just downloaded some baddddt barbecue tilapia fish. Really spicy, yummy and very juicy. Just what I wanted and exactly how I like it.

The fish made the journey, crossing over 5 states, with me.  It's worth it after all.

NEPA turn PHCN turn MONEY GOBBLERS.

Hmmm, which way Nigeria!!!

PHCN and investors are set to make N1b monthly for doing nothing. PHCN and their new investors have increased the Fixed charge for Prepaid meters from N225 to N500 and now N750. We are told the target is N1000 monthly.What this means is that, PHCN and the New investors, can go to bed, do nothing and still collect N1b every month from 1 Million subscribers of Prepaid meters.

 

 

My God! How can this be happening?! Wasn't the essence of the prepaid meters to ensure PHCN make electricity available and when it's not available we don't pay, as against the past when we usually paid NEPA for not giving Light? With this introduction of High Fixed Charges, why would a company be willing to provide regular electricity when they are guaranteed a sum of N1b every month whether they work or not. I just don't understand the formulation of laws in this country. Its such a shame what corruption has turned our politicians into monsters with no heart. This has to stop!!!

I thought "Bros J." bin wan sack most of them sef recently? What happened to that notion? or his he still trying to set a "committee" to look into the "committee" incharge of this?  

 Nigerians, please lets wake up to our right. Share this article until it gets to someone in position to do something meaningful to this act. If you just sit back, you never can tell what they will do next. Charge you for your bore hole?Its possible. Let's speak out now.......

Tired.com.... not today, maybe tomorrow.

I decided to make something out of this boring Friday morning... Pardon me, I still can't get a hold of my self as am still in bed. Am trying not to sleep but am half awake. Hmmm!

Truthfully, am not in the mood to do anything today..

....But something has to wake you up, nature at least.  On my way back to bed to continue my lazy act, I saw these 3 fellas, stirring at me, just by my bed side.

I felt so guilty cause I know they are awake. Who am I not too? So I came up with a trick, am now awake but doing absolutely NOTHING!!! But guess what, it works! All you need to do is...

Just act it. Fake it. Before you know it, you are so busy, but you are achieving absolutely nothing! My inspirational word for today is...

 Do you feel the same? am sure you are at work right now, if you are, just fix that boring mood with meetings...

...arguments that yields no value, talk about Nigerian politics (Rivers state house of assembly drama)

... or pick a topic like, " how did Yar'dua die?" " how much was garri in 1982?" " how many surgeries have Patience Jonathan done?" " who does Dame's make up?"

    

All these will engage you till you close for the day and guess what? TGIF!!!!

That is Kumuyi's Daughter Inlaw.
